En tant que Stagiaire en Finance – Administration des Ventes et Recouvrement, vous assisterez directement notre Senior Sales Administration Associate dans les tâches de recouvrement et de support administratif des ventes. Ce stage est idéal pour les candidats souhaitant développer des compétences en finance opérationnelle et découvrir l’environnement dynamique d’une entreprise en forte croissance.

Dans ce rôle, vous serez principalement impliqué dans la gestion du recouvrement des créances et l'optimisation des processus d’administration des ventes. Vous participerez également à des projets transverses visant à améliorer l’efficacité du service.

Vous intégrerez une équipe dynamique dans un environnement remote-first, où nous privilégions la collaboration à distance. Nos équipes sont réparties entre Paris, Nantes, Montpellier et Dublin, et nous recrutons les meilleurs talents, où qu'ils soient basés.


Vos responsabilités principales :

  • Recouvrement des créances :
    • Suivre les paiements des clients et identifier les factures impayées.
    • Contacter les clients pour relancer les paiements, en français et en anglais.
    • Maintenir une communication proactive avec les clients pour résoudre les problèmes de facturation et de paiement.
    • Participer à l'évaluation et à l'amélioration du processus de recouvrement, en collaboration avec l'équipe finance.
    • Proposer des actions correctives et mesurer l'impact des actions de recouvrement.
  • Support à l’administration des ventes :
    • Participer à l'amélioration des processus entre les équipes commerciales et financières.
    • Collaborer à la mise en place de nouveaux outils ou processus pour améliorer l'efficacité du recouvrement (par exemple, benchmark des solutions comme Upflow).
    • Suivi et gestion des documents administratifs liés aux ventes et aux paiements des clients.
  • Projets transversaux :
    • Optimiser les processus d'administration des ventes et de recouvrement.
    • Participer aux réunions d'équipe pour comprendre les enjeux entre le service des ventes et la finance.
    • Selon vos compétences, collaborer sur des projets transversaux comme la création de reporting Excel et la préparation de documents comptables.

Job requirements

Pour ce poste, nous recherchons une personne ayant les qualités suivantes :

  • Vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et autonome.
  • Vous avez un fort intérêt pour la découvrir les environnements Startup et des processus financiers modernes.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec des outils comme Salesforce, Chargebee, Excel ou tout autre logiciel de gestion des ventes ou de recouvrement.
  • Vous êtes capable de travailler en équipe et de communiquer efficacement à distance.
  • Vous parlez couramment français et avez un bon niveau d'anglais pour des échanges professionnels fréquents.

  • Localisation : Ce poste est en remote, basé en France.
  • Rémunération : 1000€ brut
  • Durée : Stage de 6 mois avec une date de début au 1er Janvier 2025.

Health Plan: - This depends on your State. You will have access to the Platinum plan of United Healthcare or Guardian. (This includes Medical, Dental & Vision insurance + Life insurance) - Livestorm covers 97% of employee fee and 67% for dependents.

Life insurance: $50K worth of life insurance.

401K: 5% employee + 2% company match after 6 months tenure.

Parental leave: 16 weeks for the first parent, and 5 weeks for the second parent.

PTO: 25 days of paid time-off per year.

Compensatory days off: 3 to 4 days depending on your State.
