Mission

We are looking for a Payroll and HR Coordinator to provide day-to-day HR support to our Stormies and act as a supportive and reliable HR partner within Livestorm.

As a go-to person, you will play a key role in maintaining a strong Stormie’s experience by addressing their needs and ensuring they have the resources required to do their job in the best conditions. You will maintain a smooth HR experience for Stormies by ensuring requests are handled efficiently and HR processes run reliably across the company.

Role

As part of our People Team, you will report to our Senior People Manager and be responsible for:

Onboarding (10%)

  • Be the main point of contact for our new Stormies

  • Manage all contractual documents (France and EOR contracts)

  • Order equipment and manage access permissions

  • Support managers in delivering smooth and thoughtful onboarding experiences (especially all along the probation period)

Offboarding (10%)

  • Manage end-of-contract documentation

  • Coordinate equipment retrieval and access removal

  • Follow-up with managers and Stormies to ensure a smooth and supportive handover

  • Take ownership of the entire process and help automate when possible

Payroll management (10%)

  • Own and run the monthly payroll process and review EOR invoices

  • Update payroll information (variables, meal vouchers, transportation, etc.)

  • Coordinate with our payroll providers (Payfit and Deel)

HR admin & compliance (60%)

  • Manage amendments, employer certificates, sales variables, salary advances, on-call bonuses, and HR documentation

  • Handle day-to-day HR requests from Stormies (sick leave, parental leave, vacation, working hours etc.)

  • Manage the equipment budget, follow up on requests, and validate equipment orders

  • Check incoming mail and dispatch it to the appropriate teams

  • Manage meal vouchers, transportation allowances, and EOR allowances according to local legal requirements

  • Follow up on visa requests and work-from-anywhere requests

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HR systems

  • Act as the point of contact for external partners (health insurance, CPAM, occupational health services, leasing partner, etc.)

  • Ensure legal compliance with relevant regulations, internal policies, and mandatory declarations (Gender Equality Index, ESG reporting, legal monitoring, contributions, etc.)

Scope effectiveness (10%)

  • Willing to continuously improve day-to-day HR operations by optimizing processes, projects, and tools

  • Update and improve our internal knowledge base

  • Participate in new initiatives driven by the People Team

  • Proactive in taking initiatives to ensure a smooth and meaningful employee experience

Requirements :

  • At least 3 years of experience in payroll and HR administration

  • Previous experience in managing mandatory legal obligations

  • Strong knowledge of French employment law, and especially SYNTEC collective agreement (knowledge of other countries is a plus)

  • Comfortable using HR tools (e.g. Payfit, Deel, Juro, Leapsome, Google Sheets)

  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and providers

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • High level of discretion, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism

  • Fluent in English
