Job description

We are looking for an HR Coordinator to provide day-to-day HR support to our remote Stormies and be a supportive and reliable HR Partner within Livestorm.

As a go-to person, you will be responsible for maintaining a strong Stormie’s experience by being accountable for their needs. You will always make sure all Stormies have the necessary resources to do their job in the best conditions. You will also provide advice to resolve any HR issues, maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation, and ensure applicable legislation is followed.

Part of our People Team, you will report to our HR Manager and be responsible for:

Onboarding

  • Be the point of contact of our Stormies
  • Manage all contractual documents (FR, EORs, US)
  • Order the equipments and manage access permissions
  • Support managers in onboarding smartly our Stormies

Offboarding

  • Manage all end-of-contract documents
  • Own the equipments’ retrieval and accesses removal
  • Follow-up with managers and Stormies to provide them a supportive handover
  • Take ownership on the entire process, and automate when possible

Payroll management

  • Participate in the payroll process
  • Support your manager in updating payroll information (variable, meal vouchers, transportation…)
  • Participate in third parties’ meetings: Payfit, Gusto, Deel

HR admin & compliance

  • Manage amendments, employer certificates, sales variable, salary advances, oncall bonus, incoming mailings, HR paperworks
  • Own any day-do-day requests from Stormies (sick leaves, parents’ leaves, days off, equipments orders…)
  • Order meal vouchers, transportation allowances, EORs allowances according to the countries’ legal obligations
  • Follow-up on the visa and work-from-anywhere requests from Stormies
  • Accurately maintain all personal files in our database
  • Be the point of contact for third parties (Healthcare insurance (Fr & US), CPAM, Labor doctor, Deel)
  • Be at the forefront of our legal obligations (M/F index, legal watch, legal contributions…)
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies

  • Update and improve our internal knowledge base
  • Participate to new initiatives driven by your HR Manager

For this role, we are looking for someone with:

  • Ideally a previous experience (internship, apprenticeship…) in HR administration - French convention de stage needed for a 6-months internship
  • Proficiency in HR tools (e.g. Payfit, Deel, Gusto, Juro, Lattice, GoogleSheet)
  • Basic knowledge of French employment law, other countries are a plus
  • Ability to quickly master specific characteristics of our collective agreement (Syntec) and other countries
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High level of discretion with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost professionalism.
  • Fluent in English

Health Plan: - This depends on your State. You will have access to the Platinum plan of United Healthcare or Guardian. (This includes Medical, Dental & Vision insurance + Life insurance) - Livestorm covers 97% of employee fee and 67% for dependents.

Life insurance: $50K worth of life insurance.

401K: 5% employee + 2% company match after 6 months tenure.

Parental leave: 16 weeks for the first parent, and 5 weeks for the second parent.

PTO: 25 days of paid time-off per year.

Compensatory days off: 3 to 4 days depending on your State.
