En tant que Chargé (e) de Recouvrement - CDD 6 mois, vous prenez en charge le suivi des créances clients et veillez à l’encaissement des factures dans les délais.
Vous assurez un suivi régulier des paiements, mettez en œuvre des actions de relance adaptées et contribuez à la réduction des délais d’encaissement.
Vous travaillez en lien étroit avec les équipes Finance et Sales afin de garantir la fiabilité des encaissements et la bonne gestion des comptes clients.
Ce poste requiert avant tout rigueur, constance et sens de l’organisation, dans un environnement 100% remote.
Recouvrement des créances :
Assurer le suivi quotidien des factures et identifier les retards de paiement
Effectuer des relances régulières (email, téléphone) en français et en anglais
Suivre les engagements de paiement et veiller à leur respect
Maintenir un suivi clair et structuré des actions réalisées
Gestion administrative & plateformes de facturation
Mettre à jour les informations administratives clients (Kbis, coordonnées, etc.) sur les différentes plateformes
Déposer les factures sur les portails clients (ex : Chorus Pro, plateformes grands comptes)
S’assurer de la conformité des documents nécessaires au traitement des paiements
Suivre le bon traitement des factures déposées et gérer les éventuels rejets
Gestion des comptes clients
Maintenir une communication professionnelle et posée avec les clients
Identifier les blocages (facturation, paiement) et les remonter si nécessaire
Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour résoudre les situations
Amélioration continue
Contribuer à l’amélioration des processus de recouvrement
Proposer des ajustements simples et efficaces pour améliorer le suivi
Pour ce poste, nous recherchons une personne ayant les qualités suivantes :
Vous avez au moins 1 an d’expérience en recouvrement ou gestion des créances clients
Une première expérience avec des plateformes de facturation (ex : Chorus Pro, SAP Ariba, Coupa…) est un plus
Vous êtes très organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et à l’aise avec le suivi régulier de nombreuses tâches
Vous êtes à l’aise pour relancer des clients de manière claire, professionnelle et régulière
Vous êtes fiable et constant(e) dans votre travail
Vous savez travailler en autonomie dans un environnement à distance
Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils digitaux (CRM, facturation, Excel, IA…)
Vous parlez couramment français et avez un bon niveau d’anglais professionnel
