Team description:

Livestorm Sales Team is a team of entrepreneurial and driven sales professionals. They are playing a key role in the expansion of Livestorm as we establish ourselves as a market leader in the video communication market, leveraging Livestorm's existing customer references, marketing programs, turning leads into long-lasting partnerships.

As Livestorm is growing rapidly, our Team is aiming to further support ourย Sales Team with training and processes.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Manager, passionate about advising, training and instructing Sales Team on how to perform better.

As our first full-time Sales Enablement Manager, you will fully own this responsibility until we grow the Team.

You'll be joining the Sales Team to become a trusted advisor and coach. You will be the primary point of contact of every Sales when it comes to onboarding, objections management, battle cards, pitch, industry / persona approach. You will also be responsible for sharing and adapting the knowledge to different regions (EMEA , FR, US).

While Livestorm has headquarters in Paris, we are a remote-first company. As a matter of fact, Stormies are located between France, Germany, Greece, Mauritius, Spain, USA,... so we are looking for the best talent, no matter where you live.


In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating and evergreen learning management tracks for BDRs, AEs, CSMs and AMs
  • Maintaining and improving our onboarding with one goal: make the ramp-up faster and more efficient
  • Maintaining and improving our sales knowledge database: battle cards, pitch decks, etc.
  • Sharing and adapting this knowledge to different regions (EMEA, FR, US)
  • Collaborating with managers to structure their KPIs
  • Collaborating with Product, Marketing and Growth and be their liaison agent

Job requirements

For this Sales Enablement Managerย role, we are looking for someone with the following experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales training position
  • Experience in working with US Teams is a big plus.
  • Track record of successfully onboarding and coaching Sales Team of 10+ people
  • Track record of collaborating with other go to market functions (e.g. Marketing)
  • You are a fast learner and adapt fast: you are the Product Expert among the Sales.
  • You have a strong experience with Salesforce and other sales tools (e.g. Salesloft).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • You are very rigorous and clear in any document that you produce for your Team.
  • Comfortable in both French and English

Moreover, we are looking for someone who can work in the Paris timezone (we accept a time difference of 2 hours maximum).
