L'équipe Account Manager de Livestorm est composée d’experts motivés de la vente. Ils jouent un rôle clé dans l'expansion de Livestorm en établissant des partenariats durables avec nos clients.

Les Account Managers stagiaires sont responsables d'identifier, de segmenter, de générer et de créer des opportunités qualifiées pour les Enterprise Account Managers.

Vous rendrez compte à notre Strategic Account Manager et collaborerez avec toutes nos équipes (marketing, ventes, service client et produit).

Nous sommes une entreprise hybride et recherchons actuellement quelqu'un basé à Paris ou ayant la possibilité de venir 3 fois par semaine.


Dans ce rôle, vous devrez :

  • Contacter et qualifier des contacts Grands Comptes pour atteindre les objectifs de génération de leads grâce à des outils de vente et les réseaux sociaux (Linkedin,..)
  • Participer à des appels de négociation de haut niveau, des démonstrations et des réunions stratégiques avec les clients.
  • Créer un pipeline prévisible d'opportunités à court, moyen et long terme pour les Account Managers (appels, e-mails, réseaux sociaux, événements, etc.).
  • Développer, entretenir et exécuter des plans de compte, ainsi que la gestion du pipeline (suivi de l’usage des clients et des besoins en services).
  • Gérer les appels de découverte avec les prospects potentiels pour générer des opportunités préqualifiées aux Account Managers.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les Account Managers pour les aider à gérer efficacement leurs portfolios de clients, à comprendre leurs KPI et à relever leurs défis.
  • Réaliser le mapping des comptes et superviser un réseau multifacettes de parties prenantes en partenariat avec les Account Managers Enterprise.
  • Fournir des mises à jour régulières sur l'activité de prospection directement à votre superviseur tout en maîtrisant les KPI de vente (qui seront précieux pour votre rapport de stage).

  • Future diplômé : Vous êtes en stage de fin d'études
  • Excellent vendeur : Vous avez le désir d'identifier de nouveaux contacts, de nourrir et d'élargir la relation de l'entreprise au sein de comptes d'entreprise nommés pour maximiser les revenus.
  • Motivé : Vous êtes prêt à participer activement à la prospection
  • Excellente communication : Vous savez quoi dire et, plus important encore, comment le dire en français et en anglais (une autre langue serait un plus - espagnol, allemand, etc.).
  • Collaborateur : Vous savez que la vente est un sport d'équipe et vous travaillez en partenariat avec des équipes virtuelles pour assurer le succès. Vous pouvez travailler avec des équipes et des clients à distance.
  • Bonus - Expérimenté : Succès démontrable dans l'établissement de nouvelles relations et la navigation au sein d'organisations complexes.

For US contracts

Health Plan: - This depends on your State. You will have access to the Platinum plan of United Healthcare or Guardian. (This includes Medical, Dental & Vision insurance + Life insurance) - Livestorm covers 97% of employee fee and 67% for dependents.

Life insurance: $50K worth of life insurance.

401K: 5% employee + 2% company match after 6 months tenure.

Parental leave: 16 weeks for the first parent, and 5 weeks for the second parent.

PTO: 25 days of paid time-off per year.

Compensatory days off: 3 to 4 days depending on your State.

For the rest of the world
