Content & Community Manager (EN/FR)

Job description

As part of the Marketing team, you will join a crew of experts working on creating growth at scale. Your mission will be to attract new visitors and educate existing users though content of any form. This includes writing articles, guest posting on relevant publications, creating evergreen pages on the website, hosting webinars or interviews, thinking up, creating and hosting a podcast or video series... Anything that can build the Livestorm brand and visibility among relevant stakeholders will be received with open arms.

Missions

  • Work with the Growth team to define the content strategy according to KPIs (MRR growth, Website traffic, new signups and customers growth...)
  • Create written content: evergreen pages, blog posts, etc.
  • SEO optimization
  • Explore new formats and channels of content (video interviews, podcasts, talks...)
  • Find personalities in the industry and secure them for joint content (co-marketing webinars, blog posts...)
  • Pitch ideas to external publications and deliver on content
  • Reply to incoming link building pitches
  • Manage content freelancers
  • Manage Livestorm social media accounts and develop a presence where relevant
  • Monitor relevant discussions on social media and jump in
  • Nurture the Livestorm Partners network & engage with influencers referring Livestorm

Requirements

  • You have 2+ years of experience in Content Management or Social Media Management
  • Fluent, ideally native, in English (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent writer and communicator
  • Internet savvy with a strong interest in: startups, inbound marketing, B2B & SaaS marketing, SEO
  • Flexible and agile in adapting to quick changes in a startup environment
  • Positive minded and good energy
  • Always a willingness to go the extra mile to please and delight users
  • Existing contacts in the marketing & tech blogger community
  • Fluent in Portuguese, German, or Spanish would be a huge plus
  • French basics (most of our team communication is in French)
