Team description:

As Livestorm is growing rapidly, our Team is aiming to keep improving our acquisition funnels in order to increase ARR across regions and markets. Therefore, we are creating a dedicated squad in the Growth Team that will be focused on self served funnels. It will work alongside the sales enabled funnels squad to maximize the impact of our acquisition strategy. With a specific focus on acquisition and activation, this role is the opportunity to work with a cutting-edge marketing stack and constantly run experiments to drive growth.


As Livestorm's Lead Growth Manager - Self Service, you'll be joining the Growth Team to help develop acquisition channels and onboarding flows to improve customer acquisition, conversion and retention on our paid plans. You'll work alongside fellow Stormies in the Growth Team to impact on paid channels, SEO, email automation, and in-app messages. This operational part will be where you'll spend the majority of your time at first.

You'll also manage one direct report to begin with (Paid Acquisition Manager, currently an open role) and will gradually take on more direct reports as needed, while keeping operational tasks.


While Livestorm has headquarters in Paris, we are a remote-first company. As a matter of fact, Stormies are located between France, Germany, Greece, Mauritius, Spain, USA,... so we are looking for the best talent, no matter where you live.


Missions:

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Having a deep understanding of Livestorm's self served customers and communicating it to the rest of the Team
  • Owning all the acquisition channels for self served plans: from SEO to paid channels, ensuring a constant increase of qualified visitors at the top of the funnel
  • Leading a team of Growth Managers, starting with 1 direct report (Paid Acquisition Manager) and ramping up as needed
  • Implementing new personalized flows aiming to improve conversion rates across the funnel, from website visits to conversion of our free users to paid plans
  • Mastering all the tools that power growth at Livestorm and keeping up to date with industry best practices (including Segment, Customer.io, Hubspot, Intercom, Zapier, Pipedrive, Clearbit, Mutiny, Amplitude, etc.)
  • Be the point of reference for all the Product-led Growth strategies, with clear ideas for improvement, even for those that are implemented by the Product Team

Pré-requis du poste

For this Lead Growth Manager - Self Service role, we are looking for someone with the following experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in a Growth / Marketing role
  • Familiar with low-touch subscription-based B2B services and/or SaaS Marketing
  • Strong project management and communication skills: you prioritize between initiatives, clearly report on performance and share learnings.
  • Successful prior management experience
  • Experience using marketing automation, tracking and analytics tools (experience with Segment, Hubspot and Amplitude would be a huge plus)
  • Strong English and French level mandatory (our users are based all over the world and our Team is diverse - you will exchange with both French and English native speakers on a daily basis)

Moreover, we are looking for someone who can work in the Paris timezone (we accept a time difference of 2 hours maximum).
