Team description:

As Livestorm is growing rapidly, our Team is aiming to expand all paid acquisition channels to better address our wide range of potential markets. Therefore, we are looking for a Paid Acquisition Specialist who is knowledgeable about performance marketing ads as well as awareness ads to help drive this growth.

As Livestorm's Paid Acquisition Specialist, you'll be joining the Growth Team to strategize, conceptualize, implement and measure results of new paid acquisition channels. You'll have a focus on performance marketing while also piloting a growing number of awareness ad campaigns. You'll manage a budget of $100k, with the responsibility to increase it incrementally and in a controlled manner. You'll work alongside a fellow Paid Acquisition Specialist, Growth Managers and the Website Squad to craft end-to-end campaigns, and will be reporting to Thibaut, the Head of Growth.


While Livestorm has headquarters in Paris, we are a remote-first company. As a matter of fact, Stormies are located between France, Germany, Greece, Mauritius, Spain, USA,... so we are looking for the best talent, no matter where you live.


Missions:

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing a clean account structure on all assets (particularly Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Gartner Digital Markets (Capterra), and Bing)
  • Managing proper execution on existing awareness campaigns (Newsletters, Podcasts, Media, Billboards...)
  • Managing budgets in the $100k range, and allocate resources to the right priorities
  • Improving main KPIs on a recurring basis (ads CTR, CPL, CPA, number of leads and customers generated, number of qualified demos booked by the Sales Team)
  • Being the owner of Livestorm's ad tracking plan: you need to be comfortable implementing, testing, and improving on the tracking setup.
  • Reporting on the performance of your campaigns and landing pages. Running A/B tests to consistently improve conversion rate across channels.
  • Thinking strategically and being aligned with the Marketing Team to support the brand image worldwide 
  • Exploring new channels for Livestorm (examples include but are not limited to: Podcast sponsorships, media buy, event sponsoring, flying a blimp over San Francisco that says "You Deserve Better Webinars"...). The sky is (literally) the limit! 
  • Reaching sound understanding of Livestorm's ICPs and coming up with highly targeted ad campaigns to fuel growth in these targets

Pré-requis du poste

For this Growth Manager - Paid Acquisition role, we are looking for someone with the following experience:

  • 4-5 years of experience running paid acquisition campaigns
  • Experience in SaaS or building a known consumer brand
  • Built ads from scratch (targeting, creative, tracking, reporting)
  • Built reporting dashboards addressing common SaaS attribution issues
  • Experience working with inbound and outbound funnels
  • Strong English level is mandatory (our Team is diverse and you will exchange with non-French native speakers on a daily basis).

Moreover, we are looking for someone who can work in the Paris timezone (we accept a time difference of 2 hours maximum).
