Team description:

As Livestorm is growing rapidly, our Team is aiming to further expand Livestorm's growth by improving our existing customer acquisition funnels and expanding on new ones. We're at a stage where we need someone who is passionate and knowledgeable about performance marketing analysis to help maximize the impact of each strategy.

As Livestorm's Growth Analyst, you'll be joining the Growth Team to explore the metrics driven by all our acquisition channels and derive actionable insights that your Teammates will be able to successfully act upon. Your main focus will be on website analytics and conversion rate optimization, with the possibility to go further down the acquisition funnel if time allows.

You'll work alongside Growth Managers working on self served and sales enabled funnel, as well as members of the Sales and Marketing Teams, and will be reporting to Thibaut, the Head of Growth.


While Livestorm has headquarters in Paris, we are a remote-first company. As a matter of fact, Stormies are located between France, Germany, Greece, Mauritius, Spain, USA,... so we are looking for the best talent, no matter where you live.


Missions:

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Analyzing Livestorm's website and Performance Marketing metrics and producing your insights in clear restitutions that can be understood and applied by any Team Member
  • Getting a deep knowledge of Livestorm's website's analytics and deriving actionable insights to improve its performance by region, visitor type, traffic sources, landing pages and more
  • Constantly keeping website optimization in check: ensuring that every update the Team makes is optimized to push the metrics up, and advising the marketers and designers working on the website to facilitate their choices
  • Becoming the owner of Google Analytics, improving its implementation to match Livestorm's constantly evolving needs, setting up new website analytics software and conversion rate optimization tools as needed
  • Acting as a trusted advisor for the Growth Managers on the choices they make to drive marketing performance for Livestorm
  • Reaching a deep understanding of Livestorm' acquisition funnels and customers profiles, and producing recommendations adapted to each
  • Having a view on both the short term tactics and long term strategies that drive growth, while navigating both fronts
  • Launching analytics projects on your own in an unstructured environment, leading to key takeaways that can be translated into strategical decisions for sustainable growth

Pré-requis du poste

For this Growth Analyst role, we are looking for someone with the following experience:

  • 4-5 years of experience as a Performance Marketing Analyst or related role
  • Past success as a consultant in an analytics agency followed by an experience with a website editor
  • A successful experience in a SaaS, scale up or high growth startup is a big plus
  • An official Analytics certification such as Certified Google Analytics
  • Fluency in English is mandatory and French is a big plus

Moreover, we are looking for someone who can work in the Paris timezone (we accept a jet-lag of 2 hours maximum).
