Team description:

Livestorm has been growing very fast and the recent context has intensifies our scaling efforts and growth. As a result we need to consolidate our Operations Team in the US with an expert in Talent Acquisition able to put process in place, source profiles, qualify them and hemp managers optimize their hiring process. This is a key position to enable scaling in the Sales Team.


Mission:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing profiles on open positions in the Sales field: Account Executive - Enterprise & Mid-Market, SDR, MDR...
  • Building job boards and scorecards alongside managers
  • Qualifying and screening candidates
  • Helping managers close and discuss final details
  • Offering mentorship to our managers to help them be better in the recruiting process
  • Ensuring that the entire hiring process is up to our expectations in terms of diversity and culture

Job requirements

For this Sales Recruiter - USA role, we are looking for someone with the following experience:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a Recruiter in a similar role (in a company or in a recruitment agency).
  • You have knowledge of US recruitment.
  • You are able to multitask and prioritize your daily workload.
  • You are autonomous and able to solve your own blockers.
  • You will be Livestorm spoke person, you can pitch the company and product.
  • You have a track record of recruiting Sales teams.
  • You are a native English speaker (French is a plus).

Moreover, we are looking for someone located in the US or able to work on PST/EST schedule.
