Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Job description

As part of the sales team, you will join a crew of product experts willing to create growth, business momentum and convert new clients everyday. We do sales at a global scale and address many different companies. We're want to build a leading category business.


- Make outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, hot calls, video-mails, social selling, events)

- Generate leads on well-identified niche markets to achieve your monthly & quarterly new revenue quota
- Handle qualifying calls from outbound leads
- Partner closely with teammates to develop strategies to increase conversion rates
- Understand the customer needs and buying cycle to gather key insights
- Use a data driven approach to forecast and execute
- Be the market intelligence proxy of Livestorm

Job requirements

- You have 1 year(s) of work experience in Sales

- Experience at a technology company is a big plus

- English fluent is a big plus
- You can speak French during meetings

- Organizational skills

- Perfect knowledge of Livestorm product, business and customers
- You have experience working with a technical product or possess the aptitude to quickly learn this
- You are a self starter with the hunger to be great
